I am not a big fan of cooking. In fact, I dread thinking about WHAT to make, going grocery shopping, and preparing it. If I had my way, I would just bake cookies and eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
My favorite meal (that I myself make) is broiled salmon. It's easy, delicious, and healthy.

1. Pour soy sauce over the top of your boneless salmon fillets.
2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and a little bit of seasoning salt.
3. Broil for about 10 minutes.
My favorite sides to serve the salmon with are cheddar broccoli rice and ceasar salad.
